Heres a 3-day 'write up' of moves I did as part of my Coast & Peaks rover bash.
Friday was St Annes to Holyhead via Preston, Wigan, Manchester Victoria, Manchester Piccadilly, Shrewsbury and Crewe! Saturday was spent more or less on the North Wales Coast and Sunday was spent on the Merseyrail 507 and 508 units.
It was a great 3 days, in the company of good friend Dave Pinfold.
